What if strategy labs were a common part of independent school leadership and learning?

In the month or so since PDS hosted an NAIS Strategy Lab, we have been exploring lots of the process and protocol from that experience with our leadership team and groups of teachers.  I continue to be impressed by the tools we shared that add some structure to the emergent process involved when schools look to have strategic conversations.  Similarly, these same tools have proven useful for designing and prototyping school innovations.  The event PDS hosted was a special learning opportunity, and I’m wondering how we might make versions of the strategy lab more common place.
